As Vlady pointed out to me yesterday on Skype, Johny Oduya is swedish with kenyan descent so he doesn't count either technically.

When you guys get new staff members and youth players do you sign them right away? If you don't sign the players can you still dress them and have them play?

When signing someone via the market you get presented with a question but I'm not sure I fully understand what it's telling me. Does anybody know what the estimated future contract value means? (I tried finding a search for these forums but couldn't)

estimated future contract = means his contract is due to expire, and you're seeing his future contract then
