You play in league III with a player OR average of 211.9, so that helps too LOL. You have been shorthanded 38 times and have a PK pct. of about 78. Let me ask you: does your players' tech match or exceed their aggression? It makes a huge difference. I am in League III, have average OR inferior to yours, and even have PK pct. inferior to yours, but I have only been shorthanded 15 times. as a result, you have surrendered more power play goals than I have. The only thing I can think of is tech to agg. ratio! Just trying to help!
Scouts have no effect on your youth pull, but they do affect the accuracy of the stars.
There are no scouts on PPM, lads.
My bad - the managers have 'scouting' attibute in English version. It is used to help your HR department in recruiting more staff and boosting the scouting speed of attribute qualities. Stars should be always accurate, at least that's what I read at Q&A topic from one of the programmers.
I can't comment on what was in a q&a, but I do know I have seen stars change on players and staff I haven't signed but didn't delete. Usually around the same time that your unscouted attributes change.
LOL. You'd be 100% in making that assumption to and its been a big problem for me especially b/c when I started for some crazy reason i decided i was only going to train players for large main attys and it screwed me up in the long run. Im now going back and trying to fix this and keep running in to the problem that my Q for the sec attys is low on my once "star" players which makes for a ton of penalties.
Well sure there are scouts, persay, in the game, the HR/Mkt. The higher the skill/facility influence, the more accurate the pre scouted guess. 3 of us with different level will come up with 3 different guesstimate on avg/q or q when being sold.
Ah. I understand. I started at the very beginning of season 3, and didn't start training according to a plan until late February LOL
All right people I have a dilemma. Sanderson is really good, and can be either trained as a center or winger. He is right handed. His quality is 99 in offense, 89 passing, 92 tech, and 81 agg. Passing, tech, and agg are all similar in actual value. What should I train him as? Keep in mind he is by far the most skilled of my players.
Just what Cav said. If shot Q is low, go C. If it is 70+ def go winger. Wingers are tougher to come by and at the end of the day when his time comes to pack up and ship out a winger is worth more cash.
shot quality is 83. Well there we go then. Because of circumstances, I am playing him as a center and will do so probably for the next week or maybe two. But if this is the consensus by then I will train him as a winger! I am losing no time right now as I would be training offense at this point no matter what.
Can someone tell accurate day when beta-football gets free? And how many people they let in/day?
