I always check early in the morning about 2-3 hours after the news comes up (due to my work).

Facility lvl 9 and second week that i get nuthing... :/ Not one over 200 OR.

I have 2 times set my alarm to pull players minutes after it is possible. Both times I got mostly bad, but some OK players.
Today I pulled at around 11 (half an hour ago), and I got 1 bad, 1 OK and 2 very good players (AQ 87, OR 260 and AQ 77, OR 290).

Earlier when I have had some great pulls, most of them came around 8 and 12 CET, but some also 7-12 days later (during SA construction).

So I don't think YP and time has anything to do with each other.

My friend had also similar theory, and it didn't showed as correct one. It would be very stupid from devs if it is the case.

we know that there is a random value for the generation of youth players. and its a common approach to use time and date to calculate this 'random' value. i believe that there is a perfect time to pull youth players but i can not prove it and i do not know it either

if anything like this seems to be implemented, then they could surely count me out of this game!

but honestly, I don't believe any of this, it would be totally unfair, due to the timezones

I can't explain how Czechs and Slovakian s pull some excellent youths with level 6 or 7 facility while, for example me, with level 9 facility barely pulled a 200OR with AQ under 35 (the other 3 players were around 145 OR)

Pulls suck. It is the worst part of the game. I get joke pulls every 2 weeks since level 5. Today another pile of pure junk. Oh 3 piles not 4 even. You want my money some level of even consistancy!!! Level 8 worst than level 5 every pull is ridiculous. Pulled some 220 plus guys at level 5 now a bunch of turd not worth taking. Oh I also of had 1 tender in 3 seasons. That's riiculous. Others get 2 of the top 10 in our country. It's a freaking JOKE!!! Same level facilities all along. No one can give thier hard earned money to such an unfair unbalanced approach. You want to get payed put in place a fair system on pulls. This is just luckbox trash IMHO

Think about it this way. In the US for example, you have say, 320 teams. So random players are generated for that #, let's say on average 3 per team, so 960 players.

Now how many Czech/Slovakian teams are there? Using this season's Czech tournament, 4160 Czech teams, so assuming an average of 3 players per team, 12480 players are generated.

So the percentage of "quality" players may be the same, lets say 5% of generated players are super stars, that means US teams are generating 48 superstars (which may not get trained properly, etc) while the Czech teams are producing 624.

So it's not about the time they "Czech" their youth pulls, it's about how many they pull.

Real world example, look how many teams there are at a junior level in Canada, and how many "top level players" come from Canada. it has nothing to do with genetic make up of Canadian players, just the sheer fact more players are found and better trained.

i told you both times. I check them immediately after they are available (same with staff) and i sign them approx. 30 minutes later (staff I sign immediately)

The day turn around happens at 10 pm my time so its a convenient time. Plus I was always the kid the never messed with gifts before Christmas, but on Christmas Day I don't mess around.

If you think academy isn't worth investing, do not invest there...

How many players do you guys usually carry on your rosters?

Ha! Don't ask me that. Haha. I used to carry 2 full teams... so 44. But it just ballooned as I didn't want to cut any players. Now I'm WAY up there. But I take the hit for excess player fee as most of the "excess players" are going to be sold and hopefully will bring in a mighty nice dollar.

I try to keep it between 35-40
