the CL also affects training. a 6/6 90 Q will train better than a 4/6 99 Q

First off with 5/4 training/regen he can't do .6 with 99% quality and a flat 15/15 atty 1/2 staff and 6/6 CL. So factors that can be adjusted. First as others have said in training camp. I think at those facility levels it might be possible if the factors I mentioned above are maxed such as quality, CL ect. The training could be effected by an uneven staff build some such as 20:10 for example. But That won't get you to .6 on level 5/4 build. So other than in camp I think it's completely impossible to get .6 with those facility levels.

If he suggests with his levels and no camp I'd say he's stretching the truth. I'm 7/7 at the moment with staff contribution 17%/18% 6/6 CL not playing games and 96% scouted atty. I've had him do .63 and usually .59 to .61. Your "friends" facilty levels are to low to produce .6 outside of camp.

another factor is skill level 17 to 18 trains better higher then 60 to 61 with both same Q

His theory is that a lower skilled player will train faster than a higher skilled player with the same quality.

My theory is he is mistaken.

My other theory is that he notice a day or two when this happened due to the variable amount of training in any given day.

My theory in the other hand speaks in favor of nsblues theory

one thing many of us, self included, are guilty of is forgetting that we see only a small sample of the results produced by the game engine.

Its like watching 5 games out of Mickey Mantles career where he happened to go without a hit and declaring that he should not be in the hall of fame.

Yeah, I don't see age making a difference; just that young players tend to drop in longevity from 6/6 to 5/6 pretty quick.

And about those wonky training numbers... my Training facility's been at Level 7 all season, and Regen was 6 and rose to 7 about a week ago.

My starting goalie right now has 89Q Goal and had 5/6 Longevity last season. I went back as far as I could, to August, where he trained .40-.42 on game days and I scored a .58 on one of the days I had no game scheduled.

Why? Because back then I had a short training camp scheduled -- his numbers shot up for a few days into the .52-.58 range. And back then, my training facility wouldn't have been much better, if any, than his.

So yeah, the 0.60 that the Romanian guy reported was, at best, a training camp result.

I've been noticing alot of player with 200+/300+ overall skill, are these players trained to that skill or do they come out of the academy like that?

Both. I think that at this point most anyone coming out of academy with 200OR has decent quality so is therefore trainable. It's getting to with all of these level 8? + SA tho more "junky" players can still hit the 200 OR mark. As for anyone 300 OR tho it would take a total rockstar to come out of academy at that level. In the case of the National team it seems most all of them have been getting trained at least a month RL. You can see this individually on the players history page.
