Almost 100% of my players came from my SA but i just notice that the entire last season i was unable to pull a SA player that was worthy of keeping and all my draft picks were a bust. since the draft was introduce, my SA hasn't develop great youths.

I do a little bit. But so little that I'm not even sure it helps.

How much do you train it?

I used to train it more but typically 20% or so. My highest is 110 DEF but he has 750 OFF, he stopped training DEF awhile ago.

hm... cool. I switched a couple of guys I bought on the market that were trained up in defense or offense to the opposite position. I was thinking it was just lost stats.

Now I know to just play them on special teams. Does it work with defenders on the pp too? Training the offensive stat that is?

Yup. But, you can run 4 forwards and 1 defenceman on the powerplay which means you only need to train 2 dmen on OFF.

hm. good to know. I mean it'll be a while before it matters for my hockey team.

Curious to know (Hockey) just how much income does a 20,000 seat arena bring in per game, on average?
I know it's a "state secret" that some may not wish to give out, and thats cool. My entire season is devoted to arena only,no facilities this season, so i'm kinda sorta throwing out a feeler to get a better idea of where i will be in another 100 days.

~$9 million to $10 million per league game with max souvenir sales (about 1/8 of that for exhibition games and half of that for national cup games). Maintenance is $1,360,436 per day (based on my facilities and staff) for my arena though.

Definitely does. My Media Sponsorship deal is about $100,000 more per week than my basic General Sponsorship deal thanks to my maxed arena.

MS = GS*(current arena size/20000), more or less.

Same here, My general is 14.2m per week where my media is 14.4m and as of day 15 of the new season I've made roughly 47.4m from ticket sales and souvenirs.

Considering my daily expenses are just slightly above 2.8m my arena is paying the entirety of my operating costs leaving me to bank around a little over 30m per week.

At this point I'm thinking investing in your arena is more worthwhile than anything else, HR is important but from what I've seen in my own sponsorships even a low * offer can get you more money overall with a good arena.
