Vlady can you give the answer to my questions, since nobody is 100% sure?

as long as he is in your team and assigned to a position when you view the players, he is used in the calculations

If it give me a greater chance to find talented players, how could I pull eight starters six seasons ago when my SA was only 5-7? Was I just extremely lucky or is the game now plotting against me?

I don't know if this has been confirmed but I was in the same boat which leads me to believe, as I have believed for some time, that the pull system has been changed. It has been changed so that good pulls are fewer so that each team can't have a series of superstar pulls every season.

I've made my best pulls during the last few seasons. The newest players just haven't yet improved to the level required for them to help my team.

My pulls have all been rubbish this season, but a few good ones last.

My complaining didn't help. Got my season average pull.

I thought I was the only one who got those types of pulls. Usually, a player with 250 OR, three stars, and 6/6 CL is pretty lucky for me. I'm lucky if I pull a player that another team might pay 10,000 for. I haven't pulled a player worth keeping for a year and haven't pulled a player worth putting on my roster in four years. That's why I stopped building my sports academies at level 10 (for now).

i have not pulled any even good player, much less great. I have already giving up the dream of pulling a top prospect....

Would consistently finishing 13-16 in the season and playoffs in I.1 (but not demoting) or consistently finishing 3-8 in season and playoffs in II give you more sponsor money?

I know other factors should be taken into consideration, but I'm just wondering which would generally give more money.

I.1 should under the new economic system.

Had a nice first season.. avoided most of the big mistakes... bought good players at decent price.. put together a very solid team.

No staff except the default guy i started with.

Arena Capacity 1600.

Will promoted to DIV 3.

What staff do i need to start looking at?

What facilities should i be focusing on.. (considering what i already have)...

Should i be looking at another arena expansion in the upcoming season.

Any advice going forward.. especially with the staff would help a great deal.

Stick with building the big four facilities.

I'd still avoid the staff. Maybe pick up some managers at the end of the season (aka right now!) for sponsor offers. You wont be able to afford the 100 marketing guys, but you can look for a lesser guy. just make sure his contract is ending soon. you want to be able to fire them right after the season without paying too much. If you really want to play with some staff, you could do like a couple of friends did. They used really bad staff just to get that first staff boost. I still think that money is better spent on building though.

How long would it take you to save up for a minimum Triple (38M)? That's one of my other things. No staff and big seats! Get to the Triples ASAP. The Media deal is nice and the attendance has been amazing so far. I have the worst team by far in II.1, but I lead the league in attendance because I had the biggest stadium. And that was before I added another 5000 seats.
