Line Chemistry is HUGE! New players with big skills are great, but put them against a line of lower skilled players and high chemistry and my money is on the lower skilled players.
Sometimes when I'm looking at the player market it shows countdowns until the auction ends and other times it does not. I can't detect the pattern of when it does it. Does it show it once you placed a bid on at least one player?
The countdown only shows towards the end of the auction. I can't remember at what point in time it is, but it's something like the last 2 hrs or similar.
I think it's based on the day the auction ends. If the calendar day is not the same, you'll see a date. Once the PPM calendar day flips over to the same day the auction ends, you'll see the time remaining
So if you check in with only a few minutes to go, you could see a bunch ending in 10, 9, 8, 7 ... and one ending "tomorrow" that are only a few seconds apart.

How accurate is AvgQ? Meaning, for an unscouted player, how far off can AvgQ be? Once a player is scouted, do the Q values change?
It can be dramatically different. I had a player who was AvgQ 70 before scouting and only 49 after scouting.
Then again, i've also had guys who were unscouted at 50 and scouted at 67. So it goes both ways.

Once they are scouted, i believe the Q values do not change.
Correct Qs do not change. The attributes will due to training obviously though.
Hey I was wondering why my Team strength is so low? I think I have a pretty decent Div III team with several 200+ OR players but my team strength really does not represent that. Any reasons?
1) Bad chemistry,
2) Miss-training players for their ideal skill set
3) Spent too much energy
4) Played on Low intensity last game
... all of those are possibilities

Team strength, or overall rating? One is actually based on like, your victories, etc and rises by your wins during the season, friendlies, etc.
