Тема: Manager Experience Shouldn't Reset?

This is with regards to transfers/market activity.

The guide suggests that it is to dissuade managers from cheating and to limit the bad choices managers make when they're new to the market.
As a manager who has had a team, and gained a bronze award for manager experience, I find it a bit unfair, as I don't really see why the experience should reset.

Wondering anyone's thoughts here, or if this has already been brought up.

ya, for some reason the clock is tied to a team not a manager + sport.

It won't last too long anyway.

But I can see how it might annoy you as you wish to improve your team as quickly as possible.
