Should be an interesting season for me as well. Stadium will hit 30,000 seats on Oct 16th and has been selected as home stadium for the National Team at this point.
Returning to Cup Winners Cup after a one year absense. Have one player whose suspension has carried over to this year. Playing CWC creates a challenge for energy.
Should build training facility to level 12 next week but thinking about buying a player or two.

I have no grand plans, steady as she goes for the Grassmen. rough start with all starters in an extended late season training camp but looks like the boys are back on track.

Last year I finished 2nd in the league, and missed the playoffs to Div1.1 largely because of fatigue. This year I'm recruiting talented young players, sending them to training camps and trying to give them playing time (EXP). And focussing on cups. I expect to finish around position 8-12 in our league.

By the way, do you guys use wingers? I just turned three of my former wingers into central forwards, since I find they were underperforming...

Pretty scary actually. I'd have to sell all my team to build something like that.

I use wingers... but I'm still missing some offense. Maybe I should re-center all those people.

How would you train the following player? Georges Legett 15 years old, CL 6 of 6, 358 OR. Scouted qualities in brackets G 28 (91), Def 72 (91), Mid 32 (59), Off 26 (78), Sho 34 (72), Pas 36 (84), Tec 38 (96), Spe 46 (94), Hea 46 (59). Trains between .95 and 1.05 per day. So far only trained on 90+ Q attributes. I am training as central defender but wonder if I should switch to keeper.
If I switch to keeper but play him as a defender will experience count towards experience when I play him as a keeper later?
When he hits 360 OR, probably tonight, may add to National team database.

I guess EXP as def would count, yes.

But would make one hell of a CD. Choice depends on your other guys playing D or GK...

If you build it they do come. Two consecutive 30,400 seat sellouts. Have a few open friendly slots in December and January. In a statistical anomaly I have one player suspended for league, national cup and CWC all at the same time.

Oh i don't think you'll have too much problems with my team. They were getting long in the tooth and so I sold a bunch of my regulars. I'm in rebuilding mode at the moment.
