You can force a forfeit if people are about 130. People can test lineup strengths by doing instant challenges. Keep in mind strength increases with seasonal energy reset.
Like Canuck said you can test lineup before the tournament to be sure to be under 130.
It's better to be max 130, if you are 131-132 it's okay

I repeat the rule : every team needs to play at 130 maximum. If you are at 130 and you make a substitution during the game to boost your team and you win because of that you'll be forfeit too.
