How do you make it like so the players name is orange and you can click it and it takes you there? I need to learn how to do this....
There is a button "SPECIAL TAGS" under the box you type in. When you click on it there are options for players and staff for each sport. When you select one of these just replace the "id" with the player/staff ID from their page.

Media sponsor depends on capacity of your stadium which has 0 available seats right now
I would not accept that. You should go get a manger with really good marketing.
I wouldn't bother. Even if you got a great one, with 0 seats in the arena, you'd be lucky to get an offer of 10K - 12K per week. By the time you paid the manager you'd end up losing money.
My feeling is he should just accept that offer and chalk it up as a learning experience.
