That was a great game, kwingnut. When you got it to within one goal with a minute left, I just about crapped my pants. Fantastic job on the tweaks. if I didn't have those three players, this series would have been completely different.

I can't believe that Draper, Woodall and Cline combined for only 12 goals. What in the heck happened there?

And the 3 stars of the game is screwed up. MVP is easily my backup goalie who made 9 saves on 15 shots (60%). I don't think I've ever seen anyone that high. And that was huge in a 2-goal game.

That was my thinking too- GL in the promotion round!

lost a tough one 28-26 in game1, made some small changes hoping to win game2 today. would love to get out of III in season1

Why no Tommy Lee? You benched him in the second game of the Finals as well. He looks so good from the outside. Is there something wrong with his distribution or something? Or is this just a chemistry thing?

i guess i didn't see that auto lineup takes him out, putting him in should help. his stats put him on pace to be better than my current scoring leader Cline (499G, 675points in 61gms).

if i would've looked at that he wouldn't have been on the bench. 143G and 193 points in 19total games.

by a final of 27-23 i was swept. will be in III another year at least. oh well still a good season with a fail finish

that is a bummer. No matter how great of a season you had, it was a failure as I think everyone expected you to promote.

thank, definitely agree. i figured about halfway through i would promote when i was running away with it and then my team cooled off when it counted.

I plan on coming back next season better, hopefully get some good youth pulls, only had one notable which didn't help. no excuses though, just know it was a fail in the big picture.

Survived a huge 10 point comeback against the thunder. WOW. I was watching my lead slip away and my goalie made a couple huge saves. I thought I won it for sure with the last point and then his goalie saved it. Thunder went on a hurry to score and then time ran out.

good luck everybody. gonna conserve energy this year, not going for regular season title. if i get in the playoffs i'll go for it all again.

Thats my goal as well. I played on High since I awas still in camp.

i played normal all of last season which i blame partly for my end of season failure.

You gotta spend the energy and manage your bench at the same time. 2 good lines is a must in this game.

Definitely. I burned my guys out all season in the hopes that the SA would provide enough to get me through to the end. I didn't expect to get those two studs though. That was like cheating.

I was looking forward to the big tactical test in the playoffs with you and kwingnut, but I didn't have to change a thing because I pulled Draper and Woodall the last two weeks of the regular season. It kind of ruined the playoffs:/
