Is it best to have a larger squad of players, and rotate this squad so your team can play at higher importance?
Also do you get XP from friendly games at all?

From my experience playing with higher importance sucks. I played 22 matches with higher importance this season and my 1st squad was exhausted at the end. Will never repeat that. In the new season I will probably play max 10 games with higher importance just to make sure I will not be relegated. However I don't know how important it would be to have experienced players. Whether or not is worth to give some players as lot experience as they can get?

Ok, ye if you play all matches on high importance with a small team it is bad. i played my last league on low for basically all of it, all my players have 90 energy still. i scored the most goals by a long shot, and had the best team really by OR. but i came 3rd still... so i must be missing out on something in terms of tactics.
