Handball is next
Dear friends,
Handball is going to be the next sport that will be launched here at PowerPlay Manager. You may have read this on Facebook shortly after it was announced at the official PPM meeting in Brno, Czech Republic, last Friday. The meeting itself saw a record number of 63 managers turn up.
We do realize that this may come as a bit of a surprise to you. We have been pondering long and hard about the future direction of the game and what would be best for the game. There are several reasons why we have chosen this sport.

Hi friends,
It's been a while since the last news, but that doesn't mean that we have been idle. Apart from the long term on-going projects such as the improvements of football game engine, we have been working on some features that you might find useful.
The first one is a PRO feature called automatic training for staff members. Just like you have with players, you will be able to set the attribute ratio which you want your staff members to achieve and/or maintain. Moreover, you will be able to set a cap for each attribute if you don't want to train the staff member any more....

for many of you the season ends today. The final playoff games will be played and then you will have 9 days until the start of season 8. This is the time for the PPM World Championships. You are invited to follow these Championships. As usual, the live games will be free to watch for all. Hello friends,
Before I get to the main subject of this newsflash, I would like to inform you that the frequency of academy and staff pulls has been changed. You can now pull new youngsters and applicants every week. Applicants will come every Monday and juniors every Friday. Of course the number of applicants and juniors per one pull will be halved. Dear friends,
at the beginning of this season, we have introduced a bunch of improvements in the hockey game engine as well as some new tactical options. Even though we were happy with the effect of these changes, we knew that we had not yet reached the end of our quest. Many of you welcomed the new tactical options, while others were getting more irritated by the upsets and unexpected results. Hello friends, The time has come to announce the hosts of the PPM Ice Hockey World Championships in season 7. The championships start on June 4 and the final game is scheduled for June 12. We have received 2 bids in the Top Division, but no bids in the lower divisions. You can read more about both bids in PP Magazine.
