We all learn the hard way. Anyway, if you do end up in IV.8, Bouboules will be your main adversary for the top spot so it should be fun and you'll have a low pressure environment to build your team and come back.

True. I looked at the league and I would dominate next season. I'd still get the OTR bonus for promoting back to 3. Might actually be a good thing for me.

With the OTR changes, it would be better for you to remain in III.2. The OTR of the teams up here is higher so you'll get more for your wins. The promotion bonus will also be lower if I remember. Anyway, staying is better but demoting would not be disastrous.

Haha man this totally didnt go as planned. At about the halfway point of the season I realized that my team was nowhere near good enough to compete in the league, and instead of spending all my money on new players, I decided to go the opposite route and sell my foreign players for a more Canadian feel, and put my new funds into facilities and arena so I could rebuild and come back in better shape next time (I really wasnt worth getting the promotion in the first place).

Then of course we have a couple teams lose thier managers and I keep near my spot in the rankings despite a large dropoff in talent. Still, I was in the "relegation playoff" area, and thought I wouldnt have much chance. But with a stoke of luck (or bad luck, whichever way you want look at it) I draw an un-managed team in the first round of playoff placement, and from there on could not get lower than 12th. And of course I find out today, that I finished too high to qualify for relegation playoff.

So now I get to stay in this league, with a much worse team than I had to start this year. Thats ok, winning games is overrated.

I don't think you'll do too bad next season. Yes, you'll be heavily pummeled by the top teams but we'll have some new managers and the new teams coming up will have less strength.

But seriously, is there a flaw in the manual? Both you and Boba had issues with the playoffs and placement system this season.

Nice! Two 5 star offers for sponsor and media. A bit more than 2 millions more per week so a total of 11 millions. That should be really sweet.

Got a 5* Gen first day, which is $1.4 million increase (5.58 mil).

Rejected a 1* and 2 2* media so far. I'll be up about 200,000 per week if I get a high * offer.

Interesting start to the season. It's already clear that there is apretty wide gap between the top eams and the bottom ones. It will be a very tight battle for promotion this year with Explosions being ahead to start the season.

Un intéressant début de saison. C'est déjà très claire qu'il y a un fossé entre les meilleurs équipes et celle au bas du classement. Ce sera une dure bataille pour la promotion avec Les Explosions en tête en ce début de saison.

I wish they had the system set up so that these teams get replaces by actual managed teams, say promote the top OTR or OTS teams from the lower division. Having them doesnt make it fun for anyone, not even the bottom feeders like myself.

They stopped doing that when we showed them that we could game the system with it. A lot of team relegated from III.2 are now in leagues II.4 and II.3.

Ohhh sérieusement, je crois que tu vas avoir le dessus sur moi Chinook, mon équipe a l'habitude de pas passer la finale...ça ne me surprendrait pas que tu aies le dessus, surtout que nos différences de force d'équipe ne sont pas tellement grandes! (137 contre 132 datant d'aujourd'hui) Et pour ce qui est des contrats (désolé du retard, j'ai été occupé avec mon père à l'hôpital...) j'ai un 5* de général @ 8.5m et un 4* de média @ 700k.

Honnêtement, je ne comprends pas comment tu n'as pas été promu cette saison. Enfin, c'est l'fun de t'affronter à nouveau.

Je pense quand même que tu vas l'emporter. Tes infra te coûtent des peanuts alors tu as toujours le don d'acheter 2-3 joueurs par saison qui changent la donne. Ma stratégie est complètement différente en misant sur des équipes jeunes et des infras solides. Je pense qu'on va finir très proche cependant alors ce sera un excellent duel!


700k pour ton sponsor média? Ouch. Tu sais que le nombre de sièges dans ton aréna influence la taille de ce contrat, right?

Yeppp, mais j'ai tellement eu de choses qui sont arrivées avec ma saison que ça n'a pas tellement adonné que j'améliore mon aréna! Je devrais effectivement voir ce que je peux faire pour ça.

Ça risque d'être très serré, assez curieux de voir le résultat de tout ça!
