didn<t buy this season just sold 5 or 6 guys for couple of millions and staff too, i think i m gonna do a great move for my arena with like 175 millions after playoffs

But you know what? This strategy here I'm using right now works for the moment...I will change the way the team goes pretty soon because we can't really get any higher than 100-110 stars overall with the market, my facilities aren't bad, but I will work them much better soon enough. I honestly do not want to double promote, I want to stay here for at least another season, even though I don't expect to get it next season either. I enjoy it a lot here with you guys, seriously. It's a very fun experience and I want to make sure my team gets solid enough before anything else. I do not take anything for granted and I am very aware of the competition around the many teams we all have. I do not want to make anyone here mad either, it would not resemble my way of functioning. Anyway, as I said it's really fun here with you guys!

i was at 355 000 for staff before my firesale it meems 2.5 millions a week ouch!

i think that the budget balance reflect realy good where your mistakes at, mine was buying staff too early and too strong for nothing.

now i will focus on my arena, I, m loosing a lot of money without those seats.

And i m still holding only the over 70% canadien young players for the futur all canadien team i ll get. base on Joshua Burridge and Jesse Paulger and Gord Hoel

like i said i think balance is the clue of this game, in this way, the cost of your staff players maintnance and arena should be equal, but this is my thinking and not the truth

I cut most of my staff too, and the ones I keep I make sure they don't cost too much.

So I'm guessing that with my 632k per day for staff after cutting it last season, I'm still a tad high? Ouch.

Considering I'm paying just under 200k a day... yes.
You are spending 400k more than me a day!
That's 2.1 million a week more than me.
3.5 million a week total.

Here's some advice.
Get rid of your lecturers, and don't worry about raising your education center.

Next piece of advice: Better custodians isn't always better. There is a point where they are most economical, which is probably about 30-40 each stat. Any more than that and they are costing you more than you are saving (with your current facilities/arena).

Next, managers are useless (scouting sucks), except when it is time for sponsors, then you should buy some off the market with marketing experience.

just imagine you make the move i made you ll get 3.5 millions per weeks. plus near 5 millions for selling them and the academy seems to be better when your OR is low.

P.S. my math apparently sucks.
2.8m more than me a week and over 4.2 million a week in staff.
