yah, literally anyone else on my team could have went down and it wouldn't have mattered much, even if it was my goalie, but the one guy that would F everything up if he got hurt, well, thats the one that got hurt. HAHAHA. of course....

The real unfortunate part is, he wont even make it back in time for the promotion round now that I'm likely not going to get first....

This series is still far from over.

As I'm sure you can tell by looking at the tactics I've used during the playoffs, my team was built to play a defensive style, so losing the best d-man (and he's my best one by a mile, 160-80-80 compared to my next closest d-man being 140-70-70) pretty much screws up all my plans..... I pulled a real boneheaded move too, I actually picked up a d-man recently who is 155-75-80 just incase something like this should happen, but what i failed to notice in my infinite wisdom, was that his energy is only 74/74 so he's basically useless to me until next season.

The funniest part of all of it, is that I got caught up in the deadline, and made a quick bid with like 30 seconds to go, he was a free agent. I noticed the low energy right after I bid. So I got to sit there watching and hoping that someone else bid higher than me, and when I found out no one did. I got to watch for a week, waiting and hoping for his team to match my bid. After many excrutiating days, they didnt match, and I got stuck with him

I'd buy another one, but for some reason they don't accept -5 million dollar bids.

So I have to say.... Congrats Ice Monkeys......and screw you, you sneaky bastard!! haha

don't leave me down here with Fed..... he's finally figured out how to cure his penalty problem, he'll kill us all next season!

I'll be there too. my team is so low in energy right now i can't wait to see my next season overall,

I,ve try to get the 1 spot in regular season it cost me lot, it seems like there is one thing real in this game... experience!!!!

All three of the defencemen you describe are better than my number one at 130-84-66. Half my team is below 80 energy and the other half will get there tomorrow. I would welcome your 74 energy defenceman on my team right now.

I was hoping to avoid another 3 game series in order to have a bit of energy left for the promotion round but it appears you have foiled my plans. Now all I can do is hope I get an easy opponent.

I think I'm still behind you guys but I'm really hoping to finish a bit higher than this season with a shot maybe in a season or two. My OR is still way behind yours and even if I train a bit better than most, it's still a long time awayt from compensating.

Next season, the team OR will matter more than this season so I shouldn't be able to beat Fedidit and the rest of you like I did in the second half of the season. So yeah, hoping for a top 8 finish. And if I finish 8th and Fed is first, I'll have a lot of fun burning his energy again.
