какво стана с мераклийката, гледам че нито за 19, нито за 17 годишните има кандидати, по отвреме трябва да се намерят че да не стане като с хокея

В момента ми е асистент и до края на седмицата ще се кандидатира

Разбира се,на световното трябва да избухнем

Hello my new friends. After few days I become U19 Bulgaria manager.Its an unexpected turn for me. Last 10 seasons I was involved in all NTs of Latvia. I said to myself: Season 17 is last with NT, because I became bored. And now I'm going to a difficult adventure. It's hard to work in a foreign country, but it will be interesting. So Ihope, that Iam not disapoint you. But do not worry I will try to do the best,my honor will not allow to do Harm.

Basic rooster selection strategy for u19 in my opinion is:
*In each position max 5 players
*Each position top2 - Best players, even if their carear lenght is 4/6 (If we want get maximum benefit for other players, NT need play as much as possible games)
*19 years old players are valid only for each position top3
*18 years old players - atleast 2 best in each position - they need gain chemistry and experince for the next season.


But U19 have quite a small number of candidates. So at some points I will have to change mind and some players mix and match.

I have noticed some problems:
* For u19 players need to train shooting/blocking skills too. Some players these skils have in 16y old player level, especialy blocking. primary skills is high, but secondary low or very low. This can negatively affect the result of the game.
* Your player resources is small. In this situation, it is important to use resources effectively:
1.You need to track the height of the players and matching position
2. In u17 level need especially cautious select players for each position. Make the most of your effort (good workouts, good training conditions, talk into trade, if trainigs is bad, etc) to be at least 3 strong players in each position. For example, situation with PG, there are 2 good players and 2 not so good. and thats all, no more candidates.

Encho Binev This player have very awful trainings, so I take him U19 only if in season first 2 PG get big injurys.

All these PG need at least better Blocking, if they dont have Shooting skils. In my opinion these skils need at least 40% of higest primary skill.

Tzeko Naydenov will best player in next season.
These 3 players is almost equal. I will set their position during the season

Genko Zahariev This player have best SG primary skills, but secondary is awful. In sum he isnt good SG for u19. At this moment I plan use him as PG in some games.

Ivan Ilchev this is good 18y old player, but if his height across 2M, need think about SF training.

Pavel Malinov at this moment he is SG, but his heigt is fors SF/PF position. Owner offered train him as SF. If he look more like SF during the season, I use him.

Iliyan Tzvetkov have no so good trainings. For next season U19 need find better SF2

PF (In this season this position are best, but there need some movements between positions PF->C)

C (have almost catastrophic situation with defence - blocking skill need at least 60% of higest primary skills)

Tzvetan Paspalev his position is PF. But in this season I plan use him in C position (maybe some games in PF, if strategy require it. I think that is an important have equivalent team, not 1 strong position.

Mihail Zlatkov This player does not fit in my concept, but he is only C with good defence, maybe I use him someday

These PG is the best.We don't have another.Kosta Angelov is not good.Genko Zahariev if you train agr and jump of course shoot.He will be ready for world champioship.
