Hi Belgian managars!

Since you are small country with few active managers, we are getting worse season by season, we are not in an easy position.

2 things I want to ask and point out:

A,

I want to ask you, everyone should draft SFs, PFs, because senior team wont have any of them, very soon. We have plenty of PG, SG, C. Forget them for now, thank you.

B,

Second, and most important thing I want to share you, how you should train the players for each position. I want to ask to follow it. Because I see very often different kind of training programs, which are just not so good. I have to be honest with you.

Also, you should consider each time the height.

If your player is 194 cm, DONT Train him as PF for example.

Final heights:

PG 175-190 cm
SG 185-200 cm
SF 190-205 cm
PF 200-215 cm
C 205-220 cm

Everything else is bad. Every cm in minus, is minus 2%. Its a huge punishment. For example: -3 cm = -6 % from all skill.

Since the season is over basically, thats why I give chemistry other guys now, who might not be the best. Main squad already has 100% chemistry.

I dont know what this Chiraq wanted to imply, but whatever.

We did beat swiss team twice, but Brazil, Poland, Slovakia was just too strong. I would like to see him beat those team?.

Its not allowed for anyone to make advertising for any candidate on the forum or even in private messages ,thats why i deleted his post ,we can even withdraw his application because he did this but i will leave it as it is , youre doing great with the NT so i guess people know what to do.

Nog even in het Vlaams :Het is niet toegestaan te adverteren om op iemand te stemmen voor eender welk NT of zelfs geen priveberichtjes ,voordat ik admin werd wist ik dit ook niet en mijn applicatie werd ingetrokken hierdoor

Thanks for the votes, friendly matches already settled as well.

And dont worry, I use friendly matches just to improve the players' chemistry. Thats why they are not in their right position, to improve faster with key players.

Also, in basketball, friendly matches does NOT count into world ranking by any way. So losing all friendly matches is not a big deal. Not a deal at all, actually.

On key matches, obviously I will play with normal line-up.

(Sidenote: I talked with Thibault Borremans's manager, and asked him to train him as a PF and not as a C. The reason behind this is: 2 of 3 our PF has 0/6 CL already. And the other hand, our centers doing right thankfully. And he said yes, so in 2 or 3 season Thibault Borremans will be a useful PF hopefully.)
