It's practically impossible to max out experience and what I know, exp/OR shouldn't have any influence on chemistry. I don't know exactly how that chemistry works. What I said was only based on my own experience. How high was his chemistry at his best?

In the name of many other managers I would like to ask the developers for changing the RFA, UFA system. It is nonsense, that we have to buy the same player 3 times. A lot of teams cannot afford that, so they go to bankrupt, many managers, who bought even PRO-pack for seasons are leaving the game!
I have a proposal. The managers should re-buy a player only one time, when the player is 28 years old, according to RFA rules. The game lost a lot of managers already, the number of users is decreasing in Hungary, too. In my opinion, more managers would stay in the game if this rule would be applied.

Moreover I propose you to rethink the CL-drop of players. It is not lifelike, that a player’s CL is 3/6 or 2/6 if they are 21-22 or 24-25 years old. You should to prolong the CL years, it should be 1/6 even if the player is 34-36 years old. This is an issue which is very annoying for many users. A few of my friends left the game because their players couldn’t train properly already in the earlier stages of their career.

I ask the developers for to take some action, earlier the better, because the number of users reduces quickly.

i dont think that's the reason why people leave the game. someone's loss is another one's gain when it comes to RFA or UFA.

as for CL drops, I think they are very realistic. Player at 34-36 don't improve at all in reality. They are usually getting worse. It works the same way for everyone. if all players were allowed to improve faster, that would not make the game any better, it would just make the game saturated with super players. even now there are many players who have already reached maximum in one or two attributes.

concerning ufa I think that at least we should be able to get some money from the players we dont decide to renew

If I have a player who got his second YC of the CWC tournament in Leg 2 of the semifinal, he's going to miss the final, yes? Seems kind of crazy if that's the case.

Also, home field advantage is null, correct?

I know its no home advantage !

Seems silly, given the higher seed should count for something.
