So you believe that the teams being successful over many seasons are just lucky without knowing why?
No, they arent! There are reasons and they know them and they use them.

they are successful because they are playing from day one and thats a huge advantage (got better sponsors,sometimes i cant believe how much money some teams have).A lot of other good teams quiet and theres no new teams who can compete with them,so they will always be better no matter of what kind of tactics they are playing.Sure they know something,but i guees they have a plenty of time to figure out.Thats my thinking.

Look at the handball and you will many of the best team there also is the best teams in football, and this time there were many teams that started day 1. Everything doesn't come down to luck or starting day 1.

Your whining is a joke. 15-20 managers make analysis, majority is just whining.

I use to pull every friday at the very same time; when I deviate from that, I got a bad pull. But again, this may aswell be just a (strange) coincidence.

I think what time of the day you draw youths doesnt matter, but that some people pick good youths and some pick bad youths are not coincidences but that's just my thoughts.

I think the time on the day doesn't matter, yes. But that you pull several good youths in a row when you pick one can be a factor, have not investigated in that.

Can I just point out we are now in season two of handball (OK not football), and I have only pulled one coach since the beginning and this season pulled only one youngster who was only a 2.5 stars player. It is probably just luck.

I have 14th level of sports academy with youth training Efficiency 100%.
This has been going on season 2.

This system is very unfair.

I think they must lower the chances of getting a better star rating slightly for better sports academies because we get more players in the intake. I'm lucky if I get 3 good players a season, last season my only 3* star players were goalkeepers which is a bit of a failure.

match number 1 - all is ok, similar strength, he got home advantage.

match number 2 - you were about 18% weaker than he was...133 to 156 strength. SO that mopre or less killed the home advantage.

match number 3 - he is about 20% stronger than you plus he had home advantage, you could easy lost by more goals, so match is ok

match number 4 - about the same strength, but he played both halfs on high, while yuo did it on normal, so nothiung unusual here either, you also missed the tactics, played long ball with better midfield...total miss

match number 5 - unlucky loss, but again you set your tactis to full opposite of what you are playing on the field.

match number 6 - wrong tactics...in match where you play away and you have inferior midfield you play normal, instead of long balls which would give you much better chances to win...

So all in all you have one unlucky loss, and just maybe one qustionable, last one, but you messed up with tactics.
