And there is also a question of OTR. How much OTR did you have last year, and how much you have this year at the time of offers.

Also no one from the PPM team said that game importance will affect your sponsor money. This is simply not true, and it wasnt said anywhere in the news.

Not actually, since it's a continuum-like aditive process, better strategy is to keep your OTR high in the short run to reach a higher level in the long run. In other words, if you lowered you OTR on purpose now, you would necessary be back to the same level in order to reach a higher-than-now level, ergo, waste of time.

You think winning against a weaker team (team with lower OTR) should give you the same amount of OTR as would winning against a stronger team (team with bigger OTR)?

The diference between teams should be calculated by team strength not OTR. Team strenth make the diference between teams on the pitch not OTR.

I have a team with OTR 300 and TS 100, play against team with OTR 500 and TS 70. I win against a "stronger" team and get 10 otr points as a reward.
Other issue is that I play against noname and dead teams. When they gona raise their otr so I can raise mine. I can manage only mine team, cant manage 21 other teams in league.

OTR is the team strength indicator of the longer period of time. It's basically a reputation thing.
For example Real Madrid has OTR of 1000 and team strength of 200 but in one match they decide to play with a C lineup which will result in team strength of only 100 but they are still 'Real Madrid'. So if they win against a team with lower 'reputation' (OTR) they won't gain much, cause it was expected, even though they played with a C lineup.

The problem you have is the league system which clearly has flaws. Some teams advance from a league filled with noname teams which gives them very high OTR but their team strength is low, perhaps even too low to stay in the higher league.

Is there any chance to stop downgrading sponsor for small countries and count OTR for win by the diference in team strength not diference in OTR?

Downgrading sponsor was sugested by a few top teams that felt teams in small countries will gain otr playing against noname teams. Now we get 2 otr for a win with noname on very low, with average of 150M(if not less) sponsor in league I. They have over bilion in sposor and play very low with eachother and get over 5 otr for win and lough at PPM. Playing against weak teams all the time cant raise otr even if I win 40 games, so teams in small countries have a OTR cap of 550 or something, while others that complained can go to 800. We cant gather players for NT, training is out of question with 1 team at 15 level, so we sell talents and they go to a level 10 manager. You are killing small countries and in few seasons World Cup finals will be Czech Team VIII won against Slovakia Team IV.
The question is will you stop downgrading sponsor on small countries this season?
