First of all I would like to say thank you to all managers who have voted for me. It is great honor for me to lead your national team and I promise I will do my best And now to the topic.

1. NEW PLAYERS
First and the most important point. There are only 3 excellent sport academies to produce new Israeli players (Yuvalush, Ako cubs, Natik) and just a few average academies (like FC Hapoel Givat Brener, FC Beitar J, ...). So it will be extremely difficult to pull Israel higher. But if you try to produce every year at least several players (even with lower qualities, I know, that there could be year or more without good player), I think Israel will be more competetive.
Now there are only 3 GKs in Israel in age 18-20, the best is OR 950 (age 18)!

2. TRAINING
Second and the equally important point is training. I face very bad training ratio at some players (mainly at players playing abroad, players in Israel are in most cases well trained). As the U20 coach I want to communicate more with owners of the players. This will be also very difficult, because managers not from Israel mostly do not even communicate with me about Israeli players, and they are not willing to change their training ratio. Here is my training ratio (I'm not saying it's 100% correct, but this one is also recommended by TOP teams, in Czech republic even abroad), which I would like to see on players. (This list could also serve as a training guide for newbies in your country)

Another example from this year U20 team. If the first GK (mentioned above) is injured, it will be like playing with empty net - 2nd and 3rd GK are about OR 720, with very bad training ratios.

5. OPENNESS
I will be using this thread to publish news. I would be gratefull if you could add this thread into your favorite's list to see new posts. I will try to publish one hour before each match our squad, tactics and strategy. After each match I will certainly write a post about game. I'm open to discuss strategy, your players, everything you want. It is mainly your team.

6. STADIUM FOR HOME MATCHES
I want to bring the U20 team to as much stadiums as possible. In Czech republic there is a guessing competition (for example - how many yellow cards will be in a match, winner, ball possesion, player with the most shots on goal, etc.) and the manager, who guess the most things correctly will host the next match. I would like to do these competitions, but I also need your activity and interest in the national team. Even stadium with capacity of 10000 seats can have the honor to host the national team. This will also increase the interest in national team, because you at least check result of match played on your stadium.

I've already sent request on friendly matches, I hope, there will be many home matches

I also hope you'll get cooperation from our non existent community but fear that many might not respond well to English.. I suggest you get a translator to aid you.. I would help you gladly if i'd have some time but as a university student that's almost impossible. Perhaps you can talk with our official translator Daniel for some assistance. anyway good luck to you and other national team managers!

2. אימונים

הנקודה השניה והחשובה לא פחות היא אימונים. נתקלתי ביחס אימונים גרוע מאוד אצל כמה שחקנים (בעיקר שחקנים שמשחקים בחו"ל, שחקנים מישראל בדרך כלל התאמנו היטב). בתור המאמן של הנבחרת עד גילאי 20
אני רוצה לתקשר יותר עם הבעלים של השחקנים. דבר שיהיה קשה גם כן, בגלל שהמנג'רים שלא מישראל בקושי מתקשרים איתי בקשר לשחקנים הישראלים, והם לא מוכנים לשנות את היחסים של האימון שלהם. אלה הם יחסי האימון שלי, אותם אני ארצה לראות אצל השחקנים.
(אני לא אומר שהם מדוייקים ב100%, אבל היחסים הללו מומלצים ע"י הקבוצות הטובות ביותר גם בצ'כיה וגם בשאר העולם).

5. פתיחות

אני אשתמש באשכול הזה על מנת לפרסם חדשות. אני אשמח מאוד אם תוסיפו את האשכול הזה לרשימת המועדפים שלכם כדי לראות הודעות חדשות. אני אנסה לפרסם שעה לפני כל משחק את הסגל, הטקטיקה ואת האסטרטגיה. לאחר כל משחק כמובן אפרסם הודעה על המשחק. אני פתוח לדיון על האסטרטגיה, השחקנים שלכם, או כל דבר שתרצו. סה"כ זאת הנבחרת שלכם בעיקר.

6. איצטדיון למשחקים ביתיים

אני רוצה להביא את הנבחרת עד גילאי 20 לכמה שיותר איצטדיונים. בצ'כיה יש תחרות ניחושים (לדוגמא - כמה צהובים יהיו במשחק, מי תנצח, החזקה בכדור, שחקן עם מספר הבעיטות לשער הרב ביותר וכו' ) והמנג'ר שמנחש את מספר הדברים הרב ביותר יארח את המשחק הבא. אני ארצה לעשות תחרויות כאלה, אבל אני אצטרך את שיתוף הפעולה שלכם ואת ההתעניינות שלכם בנבחרת.
אפילו איצטדיון עם תכולה של 10000 מושבים יכול לקבל את העבוד של אירוח הנבחרת. זה גם יעלה את ההתעניינות בנבחרת, כי ככה לפחות תבדקו תוצאה של משחק שישוחק באיצטדיון שלכם.

I tried to pick the best players. You can see, that the team is very young, average age is only 18.8! So this season will be mainly about earning experiences and growing young stars. This team has the top in next two seasons.To be honest, I haven's seen 17 and 16-years-old players yet, so first I am going to scout them. And if this season appear enough good 15-years-old players we can have quite strong team in the qualification on the World Championship in seasons 18 & 19!
