This is a real bug. We want back our old chemistry.

Our 20 year old players are still having less chemistry than before they were removed.

@vlady, i started tranining camp yesterday. i got a player who has quality of 86 on a skill his training, age 16 with level of training facility of 11 is it just right the he gets .72 of traning gain?

is it possible that he played a game on that day because you didn't have enough players?

I think, you put back 20 year old players, who were removed, and you reset theirs chemistry.
But we called back our players before you fixed the mistake, and our players' chemistry remained little, and weren't reset.

those should be fixed now as well

I used experts estimate on my LG game, and now it won't let me make changes to the NT U19 that i manage saying because i used experts estimate i cannot make any changes. These 2 should be separate

Is there any a bug in the game( in getting decent players from academy). I can see many managers getting way better players than some of us who has 2 or 3 levels higher of academy then others,,, Even stuff is much better than they have so its really ridiculous to watch that anymore. I could understand engine is set to help weaker teams to get better but what is point of building of academy ? This is going on 2 seasons in row so i wish to get a real answer on this before i close down this shit

the real answer is its all random, your getting unlucky and others are getting lucky. Frustrating? yes, Sucks? yes...but thats ppm for you, hopefully it turns around

We are talking about seasons not a one single season and cant stand it anymore I mean i m getting youngsters barely over 300 UR with 2,3*(with 14 level of academy 94 % stuff) but some guys getting them with over 400 UR with 12 level ,, I mean that is a huge gap between us and its not normal to me to be like that I got feel like i got punishing from PPM engine because I build up my construction over seasons. Its ok to me if some managers get sometimes a good player with objects lower than my but not every freaking season i mean if that not change soon i m out of this game for sure because all of this dont make sense to me to play anymore

I havent been able to get a good pull in 3 seasons now, only from draft. I've got level 14SA....easy answer is dont like it dont play. U seem like u got some decent pulls early on, get it over it its the randomness of PPM
