The rules changed, now it's only possible to send challenges after the elections.
There was a bug in day 1 that allowed to send challenges, that's why some teams already have the list full.

Wednesday and Thursday's friendlies are already done and gone. I'm not sure the logic, but it might be seeing that there's not enough time to schedule a friendly for Friday for you. Actually, it's probably because of your time zone. If it's already Friday for you, you can't schedule a same-day friendly.

If I'm reading what you're saying correctly, you're trying to schedule games in the past. It's Thursday for me and Friday for you. You can't schedule a game on the same day, and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday already happened. That's why you can't schedule them now.
