Don't you think it's too much to wait for so many months in order to have a boy from the school developed enough to be useful?

My suggestion is related to this matter:

- To be able to get pulls/prospects up to 18 years old: the higher age, the higher initial VG, according to the corresponding facilites/staff levels; and about the CL, the higher age, the less chances of having it full -6-...

Yes, this is a great suggestion. This is a very slow game. Im very exited when I get a good 15yo pull but when i calculate it will take 3 real years to see him as a great player, makes me cry.

It is a marathon not a sprint! If you don't want to wait, turn to the market

You can often sell elite 15 6/6 players for what you can buy a good 17 or 18 year old for and have some cash left over, saving yourself development cost and time.

Ive already spend 3 years of my life to build facilities to 15 level and now I need 3 more to see 15yo top trained at senior NT.

Those are two completely different things. Look at real life sports. You don't get superstars showing up at your door asking for a contract. How long would it take someone to go from 15 years old to a NT player for any country? 8 minimum I'd say. So there's your 3 years, which is completely expected.

You forget that PPM has 3 seasons per calendar year. Your logic is flawed. You want all the reward without the work. I gather you want things to move quickly, but it is a delicate balance because moving quickly means whenever a new team signs up they are farther and farther behind.

15-18yo from academy is a good impruvement in this game for new teams. We all know that 18 yo sells much better on market, while exp is not that important.
New team needs 4 years to build facilities and 3 more to train a NT player, while 15yo can make to senior NT in 4 years in real life.
If you need to spend more time in comp game for same result compared to real life is ridiculous at least.

I'm done replying. I get what you're saying. It *could* be a nice touch. But, I don't think the system is broken like you're suggesting.

I see both points of yours, but I'm all for a half marathon; and, in my case, market is not an option actually -as a personal choice-...

In the end, it's all about fun. To me, considering the fact I just use my own developed players, the current time for getting it is too long, hence I get bored with the wait.

So what's the matter with being able to have up to 18 y.o. prospects? Users like me, and I'm pretty sure most of newbies -and many others- would love it...

Bigger team, more staff. Thats a good impruvement in handball it should be introduced in other 2 sports. It will make staff market more alive.

I don't know if this as ever been said, but I think it's important, that i'm gonna do it, I think that there should be more and better ways to make money, not just the simple ways the game has already at this point, but for example in the stadium, the fan ssops shouldn't be the only one's that can make money, the snack bars, the restaurant's, and even maybe the car park (for example at hours that there isn't a game being played(this one is not that important)), and the most iportant i think that there should be in a stadium is the sponsors, and sponsorship in advertises, and something like that, othe way to make money is, more important I think, in tournaments like, the national cup, the champions league, the cup winners cup, the superleague cup, there should be a prize, for each phase that the clubs in it win and pass fowards, and maybe in the league cup, there should be a prize if you won it, because if you don't have this sort of prizes, in this tournaments for like teams like mine (that just can't win it), it would be a sort of motivation, to be in it (for real, what is my motivation, in a cup that i know i won't win, not even go to the final's, if i just can't win?). It would be really nice to have a possibility to change goalkeeper if he has at least one goal against.
For now we can setup substitution if team is losing. But I want to change goalkeeper if he missed at least one goal.

Currently the system in the UK doesn't work. There is one national page because in hockey it is treated as one country, but in football there are 4 countries in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). This means the country pages and stats don't work properly. I think you either need just UK, or just 4 countries to make it work.

In addition to the above, in RL there are two teams from Wales in the English Premier League and others in the lower leagues. So it wouldn't be unthinkable to merge the countries. There is always talk of Scottish teams playing in England as well but they never go for it.
