But why U18 and U16 and not U20 and U17?

Because I thought that at the age of 19 and 20, the players can reach already the world class level with their skills, but also U20 and U17 seems good

Because team would be allowed to have more than 30 players, you have more cash than lower division managers and you could buy talents for the future. Now if you have more than 30 players, you have to pay fee. the goal should be to make gap between teams smaller, not to increase it. Managers that are here from first day is almost impossible to catch, allowing youth teams would make it even more impossible to catch them in some reasonable time. If you start today as a new manager, to get to the first division you will need 3-4 years (not seasons) and lots of luck.

Thank God it´s hard to catch the older teams. They worked hard to get there. They shouldn´t be overcame by newcomers all that easy. Or else we would see many older managers dropping their teams to start again. Fidelity should pay, pioneerism must pay, dedication day after day must pay. I like the way things are at football and I believe the ideas for handball are a nice way to improve balancing.

I can agree with you, but still I think it takes 2 much time to catch up and people are losing desire to play this game. U can see that by looking at lower division, there is just 2 many no name teams. Economy side of game is not good from the start because this kind of economy discourages players. But still, I don't ask for change, I just want that things stay same because with U16 or U18 teams it would make even harder for other to catch on and we would have untouchable teams in first division, and managers that gives up in lower divisions, and that 2 would make older teams even more untouchable.

And how are the clubs of lower divisions supposed to have great academy and training facility if they have low sponsorship values, small stadium and almost no money?

I don't think they worked so hard.
They already started on top divisions with high value sponsorship. That IS A HUGE difference.

This has probably been suggested before: all users, also regular ones without pro pack, should have country flags before their teams, this is really basic stuff. It's kinda annoying that you have to go to profile of non-pro teams to see the country.

The ones that stay put drowned. The ones who worked hard are top teams now. Now THAT is a huge difference.

I agree, and I already told that to Tuttle once but nothing. I have pro and I still have to full around to find out from which country is team. Is like they are punishing me because some guy dose not have pro pack... And yeah, jersey and logo should be a credit option. club without logo or jersey is nothing.

The sad thing now as the rich get richer and the poor get poorer is that the International tournaments are turning into a joke. Its not about manager skill in different countries anymore, it simply about those countries that have overwhelming wealth. An 8 year old could lead to victory the national teams of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Yet teams from great soccer nations like Chile, Paraguay and Japan are left to rot.

As a Canadian I couldnt get satisfaction winning tournaments like this. I guess Eastern European thinking is different.

Actually you are quite right on that. The fact is that with the new OTR system they should have ruled out the inter-countries differences in sponsorship according to number of leagues.
