Same for me here, 4th place already is like a NC championship in my standards because I'm so used to getting knocked out early in the NC hahaha. Good luck to you and the other two teams in the semi-finals!

This NC is like when my home country South Korea finished 4th in the 2002 World Cup of soccer. Lost the semis and also the 3rd/4th place game, but it was a huge success by our standards.

Looks like Canuck pulled off a win in the final minute to set-up our Finale. Looking forward to it. Last time I was in the NC Final was season 1 and I lost to Godot

So does this guarantee that both Royal and I will be in the Cup Winners' Cup next season? That's my understanding. I'm guessing the winner of the 3/4 match has a chance as well if Canadian teams do really well in both the CWC and Champion's League - is that right.
Yup, that's what'll happen. That is, unless one of us makes the I.1 final-2 in playoffs in which case the winner of the 3rd-place game will go to the CWC.
Funny thing is, I only recently put Kelby Beard into my starting lineup; I debated subbing him out for a more-experienced RW given the magnitude of today's game. Glad I didn't!
I thought the Champion's League was based on top OTR and not playoff success
Top 2 teams in I.1 playoffs heads to ChL. Top 2 teams in NC head to CWC (unless one qualifies for ChL, in which case that one takes priority and 3rd place goes).
