I've played the whole season on L/L. If not for the early NC exit I'd call it a success thus far. I had a great start, likely because I left my teams in the hands of JoruneZephyr to sit for 3 weeks while I was away!!!
Hard to believe, but I could clinch a playoff spot with 18 games remaining. Woo!
Stadium is coming along - need to focus on facilities now.
This month I have gained 12 OTR... Looks like a massive pay decrease for me
I feel your pain. I've had a terrible NC run in handball 3/4 seasons so that keeps my OTR quite low compared to the teams I am close with in the standings.
However, in hockey, I had a great year! Promoting and making the top-8. Even with all those wins, I am going to take a 40-50 OTR hit and likely will see a massive pay decrease. There is something wrong with that imo.

I agree. Last place in league up should be even with 3rd in the league below or something like that.
It is hard to do a sponsor cap/floor for each league since they're so different. I'm working on another means, revenue sharing, that would shift funds from the extremely rich to the extremely poor. Those average in their league would be relatively unchanged. Let's face it, if you're making 40M/week you can afford to shed 4M in the spirit of improved competition.
GBG had 10 suspensions in our game today. Barely pulled off the win.
Wowzers! I need a screenshot! Never thought I'd see the day RCT sat atop I.1. I might have expected after one or two games but not this deep into the season. No idea what I'm doing right but I'm sure I'll find a way to mess it up!

Seems like RCT's goalies are carrying the team as I don't see many AS selections for your non-goalie players - only 4. GBG has 35 in comparison.

Dude, I have won the sv% award every season with one of my goalies. They are my team. There are better out there but I'd argue this is the best tandem. Not sure how, but they consistently get it done.
My game plan for the first 3 seasons backfired when I tried to win a few CL games. Energy has all of a sudden became significantly more important this season compared to years past.
This is season >3 so your play for the first three seasons was a success I'd say... win everything... CHECK!
