"Regeneration facility - Matches are tiring for players, so they are unable to train efficiently afterwards. By building the regeneration facility you can avoid this problem. You can hire a staff member - physiotherapist to increase the influence of the regeneration facility. A good regeneration facility and its personnel also help increase the practice efficiency of players who are not playing, but to a lesser extent."
Congrats Jedi on the championship and Chubs on 3rd. I lost because my guys were literal ghosts out there:

I thought it was fishy I lost, given I hit 3/4 tactics. Expert's estimate confirms: 95% win odds.
I had a five percent chance to win and I won, wow. I really really did not believe after game two I had a chance. Like Krokador I had a rather enjoyable season and its probably one of the main reasons I didn't kill off the team like planned.
Nice work on securing 3rd. Did not see that coming. Should give you a little $ boost with sponsors at the end of the season
Found the A+, still have yet to see that A guy. I can't keep track of what the factor for order is this time around, but as usual I'm probably going to be in the middle of the pack and end up with B picks that don't turn out xD
Also about the line in the guide: I had read it, it still feels open to interpretation. The lower the total (and after-game) energy of players, the less they get from training. "Matches are tiring for players" I figured if they had better recovery they would technically be less tiring. *shrugs*

In other news: sports academy in both handball and hockey have been giving me nothing above 1.5 stars for about at least a month. What's up with that?!
On average - I draw about two decent prospects per year that I end up keeping. This year's haul:
Jayson Hughes
Ladarius Price

Hoping that A+ goes to a team with an excellent SA so he's not waisted. Our U19 team needs all the talent it can get
I pulled a 3.5* 6/6 369 OR player.
Nice try PPM handball but I require at least a minimum 4* 6/6 375+ OR, AvQ near or above 90 before I put anymore real money back into the game.
I have 85% scouting so his 73 AvQ probably won't change all that much after being scouted, not sure if he is worth the extra daily fee for being over 25 players.

"at or above 90"
In 12 seasons of HB, I've only hit 80 seven times so that's pretty high expectation (from players raised data)
Phil Keen 24 87
William Moloy 21 84
Bertrand Cartwright 21 81
Pete Martens 18 81
Brian Wicks 16 80
J.P. Humphreys 17 80
Thierry MacMillan 24 80

I also track/scout all high end Canadian talent that have potential for our National Teams. Only two guys have hit 90
Tremaine Babcock

How do those numbers compare to hockey or basketball?
In hockey my best were 1 at 91 and 2 at 86, basketball 1 at 90 and 1 at 88.
Handball, my best pull was a 5/6 82 Avq.
