Calm down. This happened to you 3 or 4 seasons ago. I convinced you to stay the course and I think you've been top 4 since that start.
I bet you 50 credits I won't finish in the top-4.
You may not, but the world isn't ending. I didn't finish top 4 a couple times in the past few seasons.
Hope someone steps up for the youth NTs. Having a n00b PPMer run them (like we have with the Senior soccer NT right now) can cripple our NT program this early on.
Do those teams kick off during this season? I was thinking of running for U-21 but I have an MCAT to write in 3 weeks which sucks.
Starts next season. The time commitment is bi-modal. You'll have to put time in early to find all the players. And then at the end of the season it'll be setting tactics for qualification tournies etc. Mid-season is friendlies and doesn't require much effort.
I'm hoping to run both if elected. I've been scouting all high quality youth for the past three seasons and have a solid database of top guys all set to go. My experience with the Senior team also gives me solid experience on how to get us off to a good start.

I've also been PM'ing some of our GM's in ii to provide some advice on ratios and what the team will be looking for regarding builds
If you're running XC I would definitely prefer an assistant role than GM because I probably don't have a database as big as yours.
Not sure what the AGM does exactly but I'll definitely help out to spread the workload a bit.
