He scouted as a B for me
Weird draft for me as well. Drafted an A, pulled as a 4* for three positions, and arrived as a AvQ 68% player.
I can understand that there might be scouting-related errors in the rating, but when the draftees actually arrive at the team as 4*, shouldn't that be correct?

We're about even. And my goalies are higher overall now 
That's still reflective of your HR. Unless you have max HR, there's still a margin for error.
But the margin of error has significantly increased in the past season despite everyone's HR increasing.
I'm not sure if it should be anything different from pulling players from the SA though. When I pulled 3.5 - 4.5* players from the SA, they were often indicative of what they were pulled as. The past several drafts have been where the error seemed more evident.
When dealing with galaxies, you'll tend to be off a few stars...
