The substitutions are already in the Layout.. is it working?
Also, there's no chance to create conditional substitutions? (eg. if team is losing at minute X) In the layout it appears "Always"

If you have set up one substitution and you want to make a second or more substitutions, part of the pitch in which you can set a new position for your substitute is blocked by the first substitution.
That is, the box with the first substitution blocks the pitch. This means you can't choose all possible positions on the field anymore.

How many in league game? Maybe I missed some info about this. If yes, please tell me where I can find the answer.

As you can see the box for the substitutions that are already made are in the front and the pitch in the back. This means some positions can't be chosen when you try to make a position switch.
