No need for excesive use of "?" sign. You have Malesian NT player, who was called up for NT match and he couldn't play for your team also. I recommend reading a guide from time to time.
I am unable to terminate contract of an RFA player.
This should be allowed. There is no chance that i will extend his contract, no matter what. I want to save money and terminate him earlier than his contract expires because I don't need him any more.

There is a bug in the national team. All players are deselected. So all lineups are gone too and we have no team for the qualification match today.

That's not a bug. It's written in the Manual that this is the max value for any skill -in football-... 
There are 22 players called since weeks and neither me nor my assistant deleted any in the last days.

Your comments are not helpful. I cant sort out a bug.
I wrote that all players are removed from selection. Neither me nor my assistant did this. So this is definitly a bug by ppm for which I expect to get a solution for.

In the draft my players were arranged according to the pot. So according to me in first pick I should have gotten a player with A but instead I got one with B.
Then in the next 2 picks I got A's. Is this a bug? Or am I missing something?

Are you sure the player is still the same you got? If yes: The player's potential changed (got calculated again). -> Not a bug.
If the person you were expecting to get changed -> did you enable automatic picking by checking a box for it?

Your scouting is low.
This means there is a big difference between the potential a player really has and the potential that you see.
Before and during the draft, you see the potential that your scouts show you.
When the draft is done the true potential is revealed.
So either:
1. You saw all 3 players as Bs and drafted one that turned out to be a real B, while the other 2 were really As.
2. You saw all 3 as As but the one you drafted turned out to be really a B, while the others were real As.
This means there is a big difference between the potential a player really has and the potential that you see.
