In the USA, the 1st and 2nd place team from the National Cup are not shown as having qualified for the Cup Winner's Cup. Instead, the 3rd place team and two teams that tied for 5th in the National Cup are currently listed as having qualified.
The two teams in question did not qualify for the Champion's League either.

Points for yesterday's friendly match were not counted and added to OTR.
They did in my club, and also in plenty of clubs in Croatia, I know because we discussed yesterday about OTR gain changes..
Maybe just isolated case? Try asking others from your league. Or maybe you simply got 0 OTR since you lost the friendly?

according to the logs you accepted the offer at 5am CET, which is the time when the date changes. It means that the offer expired just as you were about to accept it. Unfortunately, you accepted it too late.
But it's not true, I accepted it maby too soon, Only a flew moments before it arrives. but that's imposible i have acepted it very late. Look at my menssages in the forum, they where in 28.07.2012 05:03:50.

Look at the word "socorrooo!!!!" It's the word "Socorro" extended, It's means Help in Spanis.

No. I accepted it as soon as it comes. BUT the page there was an advise who sais that i have not accepted It.
That why I went to my forum to ask for help (in the link ppm.powerplaymanager.com/... you can look at it).
So, I suppose, the program get wrong when I accepted too soon the sponsor. That's not my problem...
