Mja ampak mnogo ekip tole uspava in jih "mladi" dohitevajo/dohitevamo. Seveda ne čez noč, se pa bo opazilo to, ko bojo prvi šli v penzion in bomo tamladi prvič od začetka kadroval na 15kah
Ja suprvilce tudi sam občutim, da je teško dohiteti ekipe, ki so prej začele. Ampak tako je tudi v realnost

z boljšimi igralci, večjo dvorano... tudi stroški fajn rastejo. Če si bolj na začetku moraš fajn razmislit kako se boš razvijal, da te ne bo to teplo čez par sezon!

If you play division 1 the only goal is to win cups while keeping the income vs costs balanced. If you play in lower leagues (as a rookie you always start in the lower divisions), the goal is to maximise profit.
Step1:
For a rookie the only way to be successfull is to buy old well trained players (cheap guys around 10-50k $) on the market to make your team competive enough for the lowest leage level.
Step 2: Arena
Build it to medium/large stands. Keep it there. Once you get 100 Mil plus from sponsors, start upgrading to tripple multi.
Step 3: Facilities
Training/ Regeneration Facility: You don't need it because you don't have good young players to train anyway.
Sports Academy: The further the game proceeds the higher the number of players pulled into the system every week, meaning it becomes more and more difficult to pull decent prospects on lower levels (1-10). In season 2 and 3 you could pull superstars with level 5/6. It's almost impossible now, as the chance to pull talented prospects (not the quality just the chance) depends on the level of the academy. The system will even out a bit, when more teams have their academy built to level 15. Don't build it!
Education Center: You don't even need to know what staff is until your facilities reach level 10/11.
Medical Center: You wou won't have good players in foreseeable future. It doesn't matter if your players get hurt. Keep it at level 1.
Maintanance Center: Depends on arena and HR Department.
HR Department. Prime facility to build. The extra income in sponsor money will put you into position to build the other facilities.
Summary
Buy veteran players, build HR department and arena first. As the maintainance costs go up, build maintenance center. Each level of maintainance center saves 2% facility and arena costs.
Result: high income and very low costs as you don't have to maintain the other facilites and pay for staff.
Upgrade your team with veterans every now and then to keep your team competitive enough. Players that cost 100k today will cost 10k tommorrow. But keep an eye on their wages. Once you have a full arena and HR at level 12/13 only then start building the other facilities. Hire staff when your facilities reach level 10/11.

zanimiv tale vodic..jaz menim da na dolgi rok ta taktika kr zmaga za nove igralce..v 3-4 sezoni si naberes dovolj denarja da takrat sestavis solidno ekipo za preboj v visje lige..ideja o investiciji v kadrovsko in dvorano je dobra.. edino trening objekt bi jaz zacel tudi zgodaj nadgrajevat, ker ga potrebujes kasneje..na trgu kupis nekaj poceni starih in mladih igralcev, da jih imas za ponucat skozi sezono..vse lepo in prav, ampak...-->
-->igra postane zelo monotona in neatraktivna do 3-4 sezone..nic kaj posebnega se nezgodi ta cas ..prikrajsan si najboljsih delov te igre..veliko igralcev bi prenehalo igrati se preden bi se kaj pomembnega zgodilo..
zato sem jah izbral drugacno taktiko, katera temeplji na trgovanju s igralci..
zacel sem igrati na koncu 11.sezon/108dan..do zdaj sem kupoval dobre/perspektivne igralce z visokim OR po najnizji mozni ceni (10k-200k)..za 55igralcev sem porabil 6.5MIO..16igralcev ima OR 500ali vec..ko prodam slabso polovico ekipe zasluzim min 10MIO..
cilj to sezono je uverstitev v visjo ligo..trenutno sem 1. v 4/8ligi--> brez poraza. Sem eden od najmanj izkusenih v ligi..

Se čisto strinjam s tabo punex, ja sem to videl šele pred kakšnima dvema tednoma, in se mi je zdelo čudno, ampak bi se na koncu lahko izplačalo, sam bi verjetno vmes nehal igrat od dolgčasa, tako da bom zdaj nekam kombiniral, sem mislil čist objekte nadgrajevat, sam sem se za enkrat ustavil in bom naslednje malo denarja zbral da nadgradim dvorano, da bom dobil več nedarja od sponzorja, ker baje so potem ko dvorano nadgradiš medijske ponudbe večje od generalnih, kar pa trenutno pri meni ni niti primerljivo. Tak da kako sezono al dve bom zdaj zbiral denar da dan par 3-nadstropnih tribun delat.
Drugače je pa kar zanimiva taktika glede služenja denarja, kupiš par 26 letnih veteranov preko RFA za nizke pare (večina jih podpiše s svojim klubom, a občasno se ti kje posreči), recimo 500k, na koncu sezone jih pa prodaš za par miljonov, pa si pokril nakup, plačo in še zaslužil malo, poleg dega da so ti pomagalo.
Saj verjamem da če bi jih še par kupil bi verjetno lahko se potegoval na napredovanje v 2. ligo, sam brez objektov in s samih veteranih je to slaba ideja. Se bom probal v III. ligi ustalit, bit konkurenčen, a varčevat za dvorano in objekte, šele ko bom sposoben sam svoje igralce proizvajat in solidno trenirat bom razmišljal naprej.
