Just wanted to make a quick apology. I realized a bit late in the season that I had messed up the timing of my training for my 18yo players. My players on the NT are almost unplayable for the team at this point. I have rectified it a little while ago, but I think it will be too little too late for the U18s.

I mean that some of my 18yo have 200 secondary attributes with only 300 matin attributes, which is not a good development. Usually I would time my development so that it is optimal by the end of the 18yo season, but I haven't paid enough attention lately and I messed that up.

Canada's U18 team won their first game in the WC championships, a 4-3 victory over a stronger team from Poland.
Damn!! Canada lost at home today, 2-1 to Hungary who is ranked 2nd in the world. We are presently ranked 11th. We outshot them 35-19, and only a miracle save at the final buzzer, by the Hungarian goalie prevented us from going to OT! Now, if Poland beats a coasting Hungarian team, we may have to beat Romania tomorrow to advance, as they beat Poland 2-1 today to move into a tie with us!
Yea tough break. You guys still have my vote.

A 4-0 win over the United Kingdom keeps us in the hunt for a playoff spot.
Our 2-1 SO win over Russia today puts us into second place in group two of the qualifying round. Any points for us against France tomorrow, OR a loss by Russia, OR a loss by the United Kingdom, will put us into the final eight playoff round.
