This just in, Dunnville Mudcat players walk out on owner Paul Roedb, team forced to dress a lineup of Trump's relatives, baboons.

Who played a strong, defensive, counterattacking game but came up short against a far superior German club last night...

(Excerpt from recent episode of "Inside Hockey with Michael Landsberg"

Landsberg - "You have been heavily criticized recently for your involvement with Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump in order to promote your campaign for the Canadian U18 hockey team. An anonymous blogger referred to you today as, and I quote, 'desperate, shameless - unforgivable'. How do you react to these statements?"

Roedb - (Looking skyward and shaking his head.) "They just don't get it Michael...(laughing) There are three kinds of people in this world. Some people take the high road, show discretion with how they seek media attention and more power to them! Some people choose the middle road and then there are those like me who take the low road and will stoop to any depth to get the kind of attention I think that I deserve. But what really pisses me off is how the media portrays me as a one of a kind in this regard and that is wrong. There are a LOT OF other individual out there just like me. And I think that this weekend's events with Donny and I are kind of like a celebration of that fact!"

I have to admit. It is kind of brilliant the way the media eats him up. He says something and boom, its on every channel.

Roedb was awarded the job despite drawing with the incumbent LeNoir 11-11 in voting for the upcoming season.)

Well, no brainer to me should you bring back the CUP "here's the loosing contender says trying to put pressure to get back his job"
That said, I have started building the team and scouting players, I am happy to help my successors for the transition. Just let me know the best way for you to get them. Wish you a perfect season!

Dear Nation of Canada,

On behalf on the Dunnville Mudcats hockey organization, I would like to personally like to thank the 11 individuals who voted for me in the recent voting for the U18 Canadian GM position and to extend the olive branch of neutrality to those of you who did not. Thanks to the graciousness of lenoir24 and the puzzling "tie goes to the non-incumbent" rule from PPM head office, there will not be any embarrassing Al Gore-like convoys of allegedly spoiled ballots heading across the border from Florida.
In terms of leading the team for this season, I would like to assure all the Canadian GM's that there will be no more gaffes like heavy drinking with foreign managers and spilling team tactical plans, as was the case during my tenure with the Canadian Senior Team. I have matured.
In terms of results I believe that, being a steady, boring, number-fixated type of person the most likely result this season will be the exact same as we achieved in season 24. But I have confidence in myself and believe strongly that there is a remote possibility of something special this season...yet am keenly aware that entrusting one like myself is the rough equivalent of placing Maradona in charge of Argentinian pride and then crashing to a humiliating 0-4 defeat in the 2010 World Cup.
We will just have to wait and see.

Should you have players that you want on the team could I ask for at least the basic playing numbers to help me with selection? Thanks a lot!

I wonder if there is some kind of firewall issue with this site. With my vpn on I can't reach it. With the vpn off I can. But when I click on U18 or senior or whatever nothing happens. I think that the password is right cause Skipman gave me one before. Any idea on what my problem is because I am IT dumb, among other areas of basic stupidity...
