Give them an experience. At least let them play in friendly matches.

How is Jean-Guy Drost on the team? He is 5/6 and 15!!! By the time he is 18 he'll be 4/6 and won't be a U18-worthy player.
Christian Benoit is a far superior 15 year old and that's just on my team. There are many more out there. No idea why this player is on the team... confuses the hell out of me.

Not sure, he seems to me to be just your type of player. What was the reasoning? Pulled 15 5/6? If so odds are VERY LOW he'd make it to 18 5/6.
I put my name in the hat for the U-18 manager job. I want to see our team get out of the cellar division once and for all. It might take two seasons, but I'm confident it will happen. Please check out my presentation.
