This season I led the Ukrainian national team U-18. And was close to the exit of the elite. I was asked to continue working with the team, but I want to win a World Cup medal. I am sure that with the Canadian team, I get it. For a start, I'll bring your team to the elite.

I almost brought Ukraine. But the rating of our players is one of the lowest in one division. Before the season, the Ukraine was the second lowest rated power.

But thanks to a good planning structure, we were able to approach the World Cup with a good teamwork. Just studying the opponent, which allowed us to get into the playoffs never playing high importance (2 times the minimum power and 3 times the average).

Even in the playoffs we've already had one of the highest ratings of strength because we save energy. But it was not enough to match against future champion. Team Finland was much stronger than we are, but in this game, Ukraine could win.
