They're both 4/6. And sure, I've burned some OR on training him in DEF but I think it's helped on the PK. I'm not going to criticize your decision. I've had people do that to mine. Just curious as this was a short-term outlook made on long-term players.

You can disagree with it.
I've had the same problem with Luc Hickey & some bum.
But the main point is the Training Facility right now.
If Braden Dubeau also has maximum Training, then yes he makes it for sure.

I have TF-14 underway and have RF-13. The difference between 14 and 15 is much smaller than the difference between C/L 5 and 4.

If you ask me who is better in the long-run, I'd say Braden Dubeau .
If you ask me who I want on my own team, I'd also say Braden Dubeau .
But the point is, given their respective training, it'd take Braden Dubeau at least 3 seasons to fully overcome Derrell DeSutter .
This is assuming Braden Dubeau doesn't drop in longevity in the upcoming season.

But then again, I could easily argue for both sides so I could've just made this crap up on the spot.
This is exactly why I made sure I've stated my plans before this comes up:
The last 4 lines consist of players who have the best chance of making the top 5 lines in the next 2-3 seasons.

Be sure though, Canada does recognize Braden Dubeau 's potential.
I'm sure he'll be one of the few next in line if anyone from the training lines drop to 3/6.

Our 2nd unit did exceptional against Russia's top units.

I'm not impressed by Daniel Barras 's development, but he'll remain on the team for the season.
