Back to managing my AA now!

There are many considerations to take into account when selecting a National Team player. Overall rating, experience, chemistry, career trajectory, training facilities and positional need all factor in.
Throughout the years, I've been tracking and scouting National Team worthy players. I've recently collected overall ratings, experience, and career lengths of the Top Canadian players. I plugged these numbers into a spreadsheet and came up with a score to measure their value to the National Team. I'll be posting the results for each position, as well as each age group at the junior level over the next couple day. Discussion and debate is welcomed.

I can't understand Holsworth > Marker.

Marker seems to be ahead on OR, quality, and age.

They're even on experience.

Holsworth ranks ahead only because of a lvl 15 vs 14 regen. But probably falls back because the coaches are 200 vs 200 + 200.

Care to explain the system?

Holsworth is in his first season at 3/6 whereas Marker is in his 3rd. So Marker got a lower 'trajectory' rating. But yeah, I was a little surprised that Holsworth ranked at the top.

Facilities and coaches didn't factor into this calculation. I have assumed they're all top notch.

Wow! TMO! Haha, kinda taking the work out of it for whomever does take over. Well, at least I have a whole bunch of people to scout now... When i dont have my own players to scout, I have been scouting the national teams, but a lot of these players werent even on my radar. Thanks!
