Wow 8-0, I was not expecting such a domination.

We've got our groove on.

4-2 is not so bad vs Croatia. We were at very low so we did not expect a win today.

Well it's done for this season. Sorry for the deception. I tought that whit the energy saved we could have won this one. We were better but we still lost it.

We outshot them. I hope Canadas GM will work on their teams shooting

Good job mikpj and Cedrick. We deserved a better result in the last game.

I would like to discuss protocol for week one of each new season for NT General managers.

Day 1-3: Senior NT manager should select any good 21 year old 5/6 players that have a future with the team. This will free up some slots for the U20 manager to start pulling players off of the U18.

Day 3-5: Senior Team is now done, so the current U20 Manager can now start pulling all 19 year old U18 players up to the U20 Team.

Day 5 on: Senior Team and U20 can both field a line-up, U18 may still need some players. We must all help to ensure the U18 has the best players available to them, so some searching must be done by all members or past owners of these players.

I just wrote this to give everyone an idea of what should be done here. We must move players from team to team to maintain chemistry for the NT's. This is just a preliminary report so suggestions are welcome.

Can you take them out of the lineup for Saturday. I'm in a credit tournament where I have to play my home grown players.

I'm glad you managed the team last season. It's tough, our defensemen suck.

Also, make sure you don't still have it on 'Very High'.

Wow. I remember how much respect I had for the guys that were and had been NT managers when I first started playing this game. Six seasons later, I’m one of them. I would like to thank all those who voted for me. I am honored by your trust. To all, I can’t promise you everything will go as well as we Canadians would deserve. I can’t promise you a championship, though we won’t push the dream aside. But what I can promise you is that I’ll put all my hearth and knowledge into this new task. If mistakes are made, and there certainly will be, they’ll be honest mistakes for which I’ll take all the responsibility.

I won’t be delegating much of the decision making process. It’s nothing personal, that’s just the way I am. This doesn’t mean I won’t be listening however. Nothing could be further from the truth. I’ll be looking forward to receiving inputs and suggestions from all our managers. I really hope that many of you will take pride in helping our NT, be it by simply submitting your players, suggesting a new line combination, pointing out something I might not have thought of or I don’t know, maybe even by submitting some kind of detailed analysis of a foreign country’s squad.

I wish us all a successful season. May the PPM gods be with us!

Wow. Je me rappelle tout le respect que j’avais pour les gens qui étaient et avaient été dirigeants de notre équipe nationale quand j’ai commencé à jouer. Six saisons plus tard, me voilà l’un deux. J’aimerais tout d’abord prendre un instant pour remercier tous ceux qui ont voté pour moi. C’est un honneur d’avoir votre confiance. Aux managers canadiens, je ne peux vous promettre que tout ira aussi bien que nous le mériterions. Je ne peux vous promettre un championnat, même si nous ne mettrons pas le rêve de côté. Mais ce que je peux vous promettre, c’est que je me mettrai tout mon cœur et mes connaissances à l’œuvre dans l’accomplissement de cette nouvelle tâche. Si des erreurs sont commises, et il y en aura certainement, ce seront des erreurs commises de bonne foi et pour lesquelles je prendrai l’entière responsabilité.

Je ne déléguerai pas une grande part du processus décisionnel. N’y voyez là rien de personnel, c’est simplement qui je suis. Ce qui ne veut pas dire que je ne serai pas à l’écoute cependant. Rien ne pourrait être plus éloigné de la vérité. Je recevrai avec enthousiasme l’information et les suggestions que me feront parvenir les managers. J’espère sincèrement que nombre d’entre vous retirerez une grande fierté à aider notre équipe nationale, que ce soit simplement en soumettant vos joueurs, en suggérant un nouveau trio, en attirant mon attention sur quelque chose à quoi je n’aurai pas pensé ou que sais-je, peut-être même en soumettant une quelconque analyse détaillée de la formation d’un pays adverse.

Je nous souhaite à tous une saison remplie de succès. Que les dieux de PPM soient avec nous!
