It's not TB, he is doing absolutely the right thing maintaining a good team, have a go at the rest of us but just a hint, that's not going to win votes

Oh, there's nothing wrong with my team. It's exactly where i want it right now.

But i do agree that I need rivalry. I miss tough competition

Your team is very good in front of league's oposition.
You would be better if You would have a rivalry.
This is exactly what all of You and Your NT need.

Dont worry TB a few seasons and we will be up there. I hate arrogant managers (not you TB refering to Gits). Just because you have higher rated players does not mean you are a better manager all it means is you have played the game allot longer :/

Your best to judge the manager based off there skill (ie. check for how long they have played the game how well they have done, check there match importance strats, scout some of there better players see if they are being trained properly etc.)

Ohh and by the way Gits you are a season ahead of me and only 2 points ahead of me in your avg overall rating of your top 11 players and +.4 older then me in terms of your players age. I have a larger stadium then you and a better human and economics resource department. I would not be talking up beating me in a friendly when clearly I am developing faster then you and I am a season behind you

I have older players but not to long. I have started at V Polish league and You at II Ocenian League. I have won my promotion to IV legue and You have been moved to I Australian league by the football association.

Money for that is different. I had more active teams in my leagues and country than You also so I have harder to get points to AOR.

How do You think who would be better if we would meet in one league? I don't know but I'm fighting for league championship every season.

Thanks for the votes guys, if anyone is interested in being an assistant (you dont have to be from Australia) please mail me know via mail or here on the forums and give me a little info about why you think you have what it takes. Not going to be to rigorous a process (after all we are here to have fun).

Of course my team will be better if i had a strong rivalry... that goes without saying. That applies to EVERY team in PPM though, not just mine.

My first advice: put out of the frame of the Cross team (GSM Spitfires) players.

They will not avoid the market.
