Latvian PPM community is organising a poker championship (PPM Latvia Open Poker Tour) which will take place between 22. January and 18. March with 8 tournaments and one final tournament which will take place at 18th of March, where the best 9 players from those 8 tournaments will compete for the champion title of PPMLOPT 1st season.

For each tournament you play, you get atleast 1 point. Top 10 players will be awarded with more points after each tournament. The buy-in for each tournament (except the final tournament) is 5 PPM credits.
The point system –
1. 15p
2. 12p
3. 10p
4. 8p
5. 7p
6. 6p
7. 5p
8. 4p
9. 3p
10. 2p
And all players who participate in each tournament gets 1 point!
The buy-in of each tournament is going to the exact tournament prizepool that you play. So if 20 players will play the 1st tournament, there will be 100 credits in the prize pool and they will be dealed out after the exact – 1st – tournament.

Each tournament has 10 minute blinds and 2000 starting stack. Only the Final tournament has 20 minute levels and 5000 starting stack.

To get into the Final tournament you need to be in TOP 9 of the leaderboard. We will count 7 best tournament results. So that means, if you play all 8 tournaments (for example you finish – 2,12,5,9,8,11,20,17) we will count the best 7 – 2,5,8,9,11,12 and 17 which would give you 29 points. If you are in TOP 9 with these 29 points then you will play the Final tournament.


All tournaments will take place at Pokerstars poker room / Homegames.

Everybody are welcome to create a bigger prize pool for the tournament. The added prize pool for the moment is 100 Credits. The TOP 9 players will fight for added prize pool at the Final tournament at the 18. of March.

Note – Players cannot sitout for more than 20 minutes or they will get disqualified.

Vēl var piebilst, ka turnīru sākums pirmajām 8 kārtām būs 22:00 EET, bet fināls 20:00 EET (fināls ar tādiem noteikumiem var ievilkties ļoti ilgi), kā arī to, ka finālā 5 labākie sadalīs sponsoru balvu fondu, bet regulārajās kārtās balvu fonds no dalības maksām tiks izmaksāts aptuveni 50% dalībniekiem. Piemēram 10 dalībnieki - 5 apbalvotie, 9 dalībnieki - 4 apbalvotie.
