Here what the guide says:
"It should be noted, that the level of career longevity is rather approximate. This level is evaluated once in a season, in the main seasonal calculation. The value can never get higher, but it can stay at the same level repeatedly. At higher age it tends to drop faster and, apart from age, it is also influenced by random events like injuries. Thus it may in theory happen, that a player who has a very good career longevity at the beginning of his career, will stop improving at a relatively young age."

Does an injury during the season influence whether or not a drop happens?

Someone in the soccer forum mentioned they could see how much energy players on other teams had burnt. Is that an option in hockey? If so, where do I look?

i have read the guide many times and refer to it regularly and i dont think i have ever read how or where you would find that information. where is everyone from?

can anyone post the levels of the sports academy and what range number wise a player will be coming out at, it seems to fluctuate so much!

i know having good staff helps which i have middle of the pack staff
