We will play Lithuania, Latvia and Italia this season, seniorteam Czechs, Hungaria and Switzerland. U18 Latvia, serbia and some other team.
Your group U20 is also not bad. Latvia is the strongest.
Could any of you please contact owner of Nicolaus Vindelboe and ask him to change the training of goalie? Currently he is 563.337.338 and I need him 680 340 340 for championship, otherwise we will move back to Division 1.

With regard to the training of my goalie, the answer is that the training will not be changed. My player, my training regime.
And to insinuate that a 100/60/60 training instead of a 100/50/50 is the tipping point, that will cause the team to get relegated, is just lame.
If the team does get relegated, it will because A)weaker team than opposition B)Bad luck in selection of tactics.

Ok, your wish, I can not force you but goalie is a key spot of the team. Any reason you train your goalies like that?
It is just for a season and it won't cause you any harm to adjust the training for 90 days. But I fully respect your decisonOn the other hand.... if you change it you can say I did everything to help, you have no excuse for poor results of U20 and you are a lame manager.

Just trying something different. I agree that the consensus seems to be, that 100/50/50 is the best skill distribution, but it's not a given fact. I honestly don't think it will make a difference, and I will consider changing it.
And FYI I think you have done a great job with the U-20 team, and I suspect the danish community agrees with me.

In the team U18 we finished the first stage of selection of players. Many have helped me in this my Scout Maycrawer and Kami105 , as well and my assistant daniel395 . Players selected by us are in our opinion the best players at the moment. I have yet a some players, which I observe all the time. If anyone of you has an interesting player and believes that it he should play in the national team U18 let him write to me. I promise to look at any proposal. I look forward to your cooperation.
If anyone is interested to sell above average young player, 15 yrs old, please let me know, I received one mail requesting player around 85% in average for relevant qualities.
How great does the Slovak team look... we need to stay realistic... on the other hand there is nothing better then this in U20 lineups:
