I know that You don't undertand Polish but I'd like You inform You that I had been doing ananlisys of the best value of secondary attributes. I've published an article about this today ppm.powerplaymanager.com/... . There is some kind of table showing probaly the best values. Look at this and try to get closer to this with NT players.

This article will not answer how to get the best player but it help You to dispel some doubts.

It isn't 10 points system reallly but the main conclusion is that:
main attribute by 10 can give us base RAT

I'd like to ask all of You to practice CM individually at 3 steps to get fast grow of RAT:
1. speed to 1/2 of passing
2. head to 1/3 of passing
3. finally practice 100/75/75/50/35

We have problem with good alternate CM and theese from first team could be better.

We have one good golie so I'd like You take 3 steps practice for them:
1. head to 1/2 of speed
2. passing to 1/3 of speed
3. finally practice 100/45/65/75/50

Do you have evidence that those are the "best" attribute ratios to use?

Personally I believe that for a goalie, 100/70/70/25/25 is pretty good, and for CM you can do well with a basic 100/75/75/25/25 ratio.

Only reason i ask is, if you're going to suggest people train a certain way, you might want to give evidence to prove why those ratios are better than others.

I have golie with attributes 114/50/84/84/53 EXP 4 with RAT 10. I'm training him head now and waiting for RAT 11.

I'm not sure that this is the best ratio. I was analysing few thousands players for this conclusions.

I'm testing only at own team.

CM in my team 114/86/85/41/42 EXP 15 RAT 11
I'm training him speed to get RAT 12
