Fantastic game to the Prestige last night, taking my lads to a 0-0 draw at the fulltime whistle.

Yeah its good stuff, not being mean TB think your great for this game but good to see someone compete even if it is a one off game. Might give others hope to try to beat you also like myself rather then just play very low against you!! I still bet you run away with the title though hahahaha.

This season i'm making a point to play games with lower importance to not only have more close games, but to conserve energy for the CL games.
You have a pretty easier CL group... only 3 teams in the group and two qualify.

I have got a pretty tough group in the cup winners cup. Im pretty confident i can beat one team but i'll have to have luck on my side to beat or draw with the other teams in my group.
I'm disappointed with the strength & quality of the teams in my group when you look at group 3.
I could beat every team in group 3 comfortably.

Last season, I exerimented with a few energy management techniques (low importance, B team players and mixes thereof) and ended up losing or drawing more games than I would have hoped. There's enough randomness in PPM that if you set the margin too close, you're going to lose games.

Well there is that. If i find it's too close, a game or 2 on high importance would get me clear. LOL
just make sure you dont sacrifice your OTR to win a single extra round in the CL. Not worth it long term.
