I played very low because I wanted to see how we compete head-to-head on even ground. In many ways, this game, like last weeks, was a testing of tactics and strategy.
The friendlies are in fact, especially when there are 2 teams with similar skill levels both playing the same importance. It was as close to an even match up as we can get, and I was basing my tactic on that.
Not agree. The friendlies of my team are for testing. NT get ranking points on friendlies. We lose this points. NT friendlies are to increase chemistry for youngs and subs.
You're call on Colton was a major mistake IMO. Today showed that while he has potential, right now we have better goalies for the NT. Colton will get more game time, but he's our 3rd goalie at this present time. Corey B was already on my shortlist anyway, so no major move there. he's a good player and will be a core part going forward.
I wont play very high though. LOL that was half joke, half sarcasm.
